- Dokkoise House (With Face Covered) -

I took a poly sci test today and woke up five minutes before it.. that was definitely a a scary experience. Good thing my clock was fast and I got there just as tests were being passed out. The whole time I smelt really bad because last night I went to a concert then I didn't shower. Ha. I was planning on it! But I woke up too late. So I came home after that one class and showered and I've been home ever since.
Levi is getting surgery today on his knee in like.. an hour or something. that's pretty sucky for him. I feel bad because he can't pole vault anymore and he loves that. Speaking of Levi-
yesterday was pretty eventful for him..
He got his mission call to the San Fernando California Spanish speaking mission. So that's neat.
Yeah..
Levi and I also got in a "fight".. so that's neat too I guess.

Last night I went to the free Love You Long Time concert on campus. I was only there for 30+ minutes but it was still a nice break from attempting to study. Ha. Yeah that's what it's called.

I got a 33 out of 30 on my abstract bee project. :) Whoo.

^ I can't decide if this picture of Jake is creepy or attractive.

^ Alonzo!!

^ Nothing but a party all the time.

- Yellow Sweater -

My dad wore it in college.. and now I wear it in college..

THE YELLOW SWEATER

- Sunshine Lady -

Last night I played guitar for the first time in a long time. And Andee threw a sucker at me and it hit Penny, my marty guitar, and now there is a huge dent. Yeah.. so that sucks.
Then we (we as in .. a little bit me.. but mostly Andee) were calling Eric shallow and he stomped out of the apartment mad. What a grump. Ha.

The night before last, I had to stay up until 6 working on an art project .. then I went to sleep and didn't get up for my class that it was due in because while working on it, I decided it was just a huge disaster. I had to buy 7$ of art supplies to fix it.

Here is what my art project photoshop version looks like-

------------------------------------------------------

I never blog anymore so just an update on my weeks/days/life whatever..

Right now I'm watching The Notebook, the most chick flicky, wonderful, boyfriend needing movie. Awwwww.. talk about sore subject.

This week I worked Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and took the weight management class on Saturday as well. Whooaaaa. I'm glad I'm finally getting hours but I'm awfully frustrated I had to go to the WM class and didn't even get paid for it. My owners are CHEAP. The place I work at is really stylish and modern looking but put together with not near as much care as my moms.

Like seen above, I have a lot to do in all my classes. Things are crazy. I have a hard time keeping up on chapters like I'm supposed to, which makes testing really hard.

I got to spend a lot of time with my family- due to my lack of boyfriend- when I went home a few weeks ago, on Valentines weekend. That Friday, I went 80's dancing with my roommate (Maren), my brother, and my best friend Tomas. While we were at studio 600, we ran into Levi. which was both a good thing and a bad. We talked a few times during the dance, then after midnight he came over to me and said he was leaving, so we gave each other a hug and he took off out the door. While he was walking out, twice I walked a few steps toward his direction then back and the third time I just ran out after him. By that time he was almost outside, his posse that came with him still hadn't started to leave so I walked with him outside, turned to him and said "Levi, tomorrow is valentines day, and I know we aren't together but can we please kiss." HA. And he was ultra hesitant, but long story short. We kissed.. and if it's our last.. well.. it was a dang good one so that's OKAY.

After that, Valentines was kind of gloomy, but it would of been way worse if I wouldn't have been home with my family. For breakfast I went on a double date to Denny's with Nick, Jake, and Heidi. It was really fun even though Jake puts Heidi before everything and spent way more time at her apartment then he should of so Nick and I waited like.. an HOUR for him.

After that, Jake, mom and I spent the day shopping for a gift for Heidi lame.. but in between stores, we went to empire- which I crave everyday- and we shared a dish of chicken lo. Mm it was so good. When we were all done with it though, and all that was inside was rice and soy sauce, Jake pretended to sneeze and sent the box flying all over me. I got COVERED in soy sauce and I was pretty much a smelly mess. Seriously, you think a mission changes people- but it really doesn't. Ha.

That evening, Tomas came over and we all had a nice chicken dinner. Then, we (Heidi was there at that point) played in chocolate fondue. We ate choco covered bananas, bears, strawberries, nilla wafers, and all sorts of things. Delicious! We then topped our night off by watching The Secret Life of Bees, which is a great movie by the way. And tho I was sad I didn't have the valentine I wanted, I still had my family and friends to spend the day with and that was very nice and much appreciated.

On Sunday my aunt and her family came over for dinner. We were all there except dad and Jake. dad.. I don't know where he was, but Jake was at Heidi's. Surprise. We had a delicious roast beef/mashed potatoes/corn/rolls dinner. It was (my favorite) soo good and that alone was worth being home for. After dinner Levi came over for no more than thirty minutes. We didn't talk about anything really important but it was really nice to be in each others company.

When he left he gave me a hug, and it was ultra weird. It's so abnormal feeling that we aren't a couple and when we hugged I could really sense that we weren't anymore. Oh man, that probably doesn't make sense but it was weird. Trust me. Once Levi left, I finished laundry, packed up to leave in the morning, and eventually went to bed. I really liked being home.

Now this weekend was really different than that one. Because I stayed up at school. Friday was Megan Kings birthday which was filled with work, movie watching, Cafe Rio eating, and homework. Then Saturday I worked, learned how to better lose weight, did who knows what- probably watched movies all day, then I went to a huge Mardi Gras party on campus. ULTRA FUN. If you are wondering, yes I did get 3 Mardi Gras beads but I didn't do anything scandalous to get them. People just thought I was good looking and gave them to me... .. just kidding. But anyways. It was super fun, we danced and saw people dressed up as mimes and clowns and everything. At midnight- we went to an illusionist show that lasted an hour and a half and.. let me just tell you- MAGIC IS REAL. Ha ha. It was super ultra freaky and I'll probably never go to a magic show again.

Now it's Sunday and I slept through church, on accident, oops, and then I lazied around all day and now it's midnight and I'm finishing a blog I started.. a zillion hours ago. Cool.

More? ..
My car sounds like it's going to blow up.
Our quote wall is alive again and doing very well.
I love my institute class.
Matthew Christensen hung out at our apartment and stole out of Elicia's wallet.
We had a ward talent show last week, no I was not in it.
We got yelled at by Megan King on.. Wednesday night at 4:00 am for being loud. Ha.
I made cupcakes yesterday and recently I've eaten wayyy too much junk food.
I'm not engaged.
Sufjan Stevens melts every fiber of my body and spirit.

That's about enough of an update.

- The Love That I Crave -

The love that I crave is a polar bear to gore me
Then I'd know the force with which he* adored me
The love of my dreams is the stuff of my nightmares
When I wake up in screams, that's how I know that I really care
Pick it up, try it, get tired of it, rewind
I'm so tired of being wasted, just chasing the same old thing
I want to get hit by a big thing, come take me, change me

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I learn lots of things every day.
I had a list of them in my mind until..
I wanted to blog about them.

- Weeee Denny's -

Sometime around this post we (Elicia and I ...kind of Megan Bell too) pulled an all nighter (3rd one) and went to Denny's in Tremonton (we had no idea where it was, we went through the canyon and headed north) at 5:30 in the morning and arrived at 6:30 so we could wait in a huge line and get a free grand slam breakfast. We almost got killed by a sleeping semi on the way there. Anddd we got home by 8:30 and I still was late to class because I didn't finish my project (cause for all nighter) before we left to Denny's. It was fun. and I was really tired.)

P.S. I called the plasma donation center and they aren't run through a stable program so I'm not gonna go again unless I get another 50$ paycheck from my minimum wage job.
I'm getting way behind on my blogg...
too too much homework.

- Valentine's Day -

Lately I've been wishing I had one desire,Something that would make me never want another,Something that would make it so that nothing matters,All would be clearer thenBut I guess I'll have to settle for a few brief moments,And watch it all dissolve into a single second,And try to write it down into a perfect sonnet,Or one foolish line'Cause that's all that you'll get,So you'll have to accept,You are here ,Then you're goneI believe that lovers should be tied together,Thrown into the ocean in the worst of weather,Left there to drown,Left there to drown in their innocenceBut as for me I'm coming to the final chapter,I've read all of the pages and there's still no answer,The only words before I know will soon come after,It’s the only way it can be.So I stand in the sun,And I breathe with my lungs,Trying to spare me the weight of the truth,Seeing everything you've ever seen was just a mirror,Spend your whole life sweating in an endless fever,Laying in a bathtub full of freezing water,Wishing you were a ghostBut once you knew a girl and you named her Lover,And danced with her in kitchens through the greenest summersBut autumn came, She disappeared, You can't rememberWhere she said she was going toBut you know that she's gone,'Cause she left you a song,That you don't wanna singSinging: I believe that lovers should be chained together,Thrown into a fire with their songs and letters,And left there to burn,Left there to burn in their arroganceBut as for me I'm coming to my final failure,I've killed myself with changes trying to make things better,But still ended up becoming something other,Than what I had planned to beAll right! Now I believe that lovers should be draped in flowers,And laid entwined together on a bed of clover,And left there to sleep,Left there to dream of their happiness.APERFECTSONNET by BRIGHTEYES.

- Like Vines -

(I can't believe we all fit in our tiny bathroom. Ha.)

Today Elicia, Megan and I went on a hair dying adventure. I now have a chunk of my hair bleached blond and Megan has three chunks of her hair dyed red. EXCITING. Huh?
It was a long process and I was hoping my hair would come out super ultra grandma white but it didn't, it's actually this darker blond color that I plan on making it lighter next week, or whenever I get my 50 dollar phone rebate back (haven't even gotten the phone yet so this might actually happen in a bit longer than a week).

I like my hair and for those who are wondering, Eric, my employer didn't know about what I was going to do and I'm sure they won't care or notice because it's not like I died my whole head a nice robins egg color. Know-it-all.

- Creepy Crawler -

I just had the scariest thing of my life happen.
Short version: Andee and I were sitting downstairs, minding our own business, talking to each other on facebook at 2 in the morning, like we normally do, and our neighbor came over and started banging/scratching on our door and windows for thirty minutes to freak us out. And while he was doing that (though we didn't see him) we assume he was wearing a clown mask because he messaged Andee and said "Why don't you come out and play, I'm just a happy clown" or something like that. Freaeeekakkkyyy.
We are all super mad. And probably will be forever.

- Honey Candy -

On Sunday I went home for the Superbowl and got to spend a little time with my family. While I was there, we attempted to make honey candy for a third time. Our candy turned out super delicious but it wasn't near as nicely crafted as grandmas always is. Maybe one day we'll perfect the art.
